About the Role


As part of a growing SaaS company, the FP&A role will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while also acting as a trusted advisor to business teams. The candidate will partner closely with leadership on decision-making, investments, and growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide entity-wise and consolidated monthly reporting on financials with insights and present to management.
  • Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle (annual, quarterly).

  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue recognition, and ARR/MRR mechanics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — ability to influence non-finance leaders.

The Role:


  • Preparing and finalising Tax audit reports with auditors.
  • Preparation of advance tax, computation of Income, and Income tax returns.
  • Ensuring compliance with TDS-related provisions and filing of returns as applicable
  • Preparing Current Tax & deferred work for the financial reporting
  • Reviewing and suggesting improvements in the systems and procedures around tax accounting and identifying areas of automation around Tax reporting and leading the implementation of that automation.

- Experience : 5-10 Years of ZeMoSo Equivalent experience
- Location : Pune and it's Hybrid
- Notice Period : Immediate or 1 week
- Qualification : BTECH/BE or equivalent or Master’s Degree



Skills Required:

● Expertise in designing and coding REACT applications
● Experience with developing SDK’s for REACT based applications/platforms
● Node and Java Script experience is nice to have
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
● Strong communication and collaboration abilities
● Ability to manage large teams and work closely with stakeholders and designers
● Experience in working with Agile framework.
● Experience in enterprise grade SDLC processes
● Ability to handle ambiguity.


Responsibilities:


● Lead a team as a tech lead while contributing as an independent contributor
● Interact with stakeholders and designers to finalize on backlog along with the Scrum master
● Analyze the requirements and come up with functional design for solutions
● Do code reviews for PRs and Mentor the team
● Ensure compliance of SDLC processes and provide regular reports as needed
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
