Manage designated two-wheeler OEM accounts to drive new business, grow share of business and ensure smooth commercial & delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development (market analysis, RFQs, pricing, new business)
- Key Account Management (customer visits, delivery & quality, AR)
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Sales Planning
- Pricing & Costing (MIS, EBITDA, Tooling, RM, ECN, PO revisions)
- Cross-functional coordination with R&D, SCM, Production, Dispatch, Quality
- Ensure customer satisfaction & issue resolution

Responsibilities
- Manage assigned 2W OEM accounts including periodic visits & reviews
- Support new business through RFQs, pricing & contract discussions
- Track and report forecasts, sales plans & variance analysis
- Prepare MIS for profitability including EBITDA & cost sheets
- Maintain AR performance and track payment & tooling recoveries
- Ensure customer satisfaction & timely resolution of quality/supply issues
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing & technology shifts
- Drive internal coordination for NPD execution and PO transitions
- Track ECN and tooling commercial impacts and facilitate PO revisions
- Support annual budgeting & commercial planning activities
