About the Role:


We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive our global hiring efforts and manage a high-performing, geographically distributed TA team.

This role will be based in a strategic global hub and will report directly to the Global HR Leader. The ideal candidate will balance hands-on recruitment with strategic leadership—ensuring the team meets its daily hiring goals, maintains a high-quality candidate experience, and builds scalable hiring processes aligned with business priorities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, coach, and motivate the global Talent Acquisition team to achieve daily sourcing and hiring targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Global HR Leader to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning, organizational priorities & employer branding.
  • Ensure clear prioritization of open positions based on business needs, hiring urgency, and function-level requirements.
  • Monitor and track every stage of the recruitment funnel — from sourcing to preboarding — ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and quality of hire.
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring for critical and leadership roles across regions including APAC, NORAM & LATAM.
  • Ensure all team members are effectively using ATS platforms and maintaining up-to-date candidate pipelines.
  • Utilize and optimize global job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Global, Seek, JobStreet, Naukri, Kalibrr, etc.) to source top talent across regions.
  • Review job advertisements and sourcing content to ensure market relevance and brand consistency.
  • Analyze recruitment data to drive decisions, evaluate team performance, and report KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, source performance, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and smooth communication at every stage.
  • Manage external partnerships — agencies, RPOs, job portals, and sourcing vendors — to strengthen global reach and talent pipelines.
  • Continuously improve global recruitment processes, playbooks, and communication frameworks to support scale and consistency.
  • Support and promote YCS’s employer branding through global campaigns, candidate experience, and storytelling initiatives.

Education & Experience:


  • 5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 2–3 years in a team leadership or regional/global TA management role.
  • Experience hiring across multiple countries (APAC, EMEA, or Americas) in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven success in managing KPIs, performance dashboards, and team productivity.
  • Deep familiarity with global job boards, sourcing tools, and social recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills across time zones.
  • Strong understanding of talent markets, sourcing trends, and remote hiring practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar.


Preferred Qualifications:


Prior experience leading global or cross-regional TA functions in a technology or hospitality-tech organization.
Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and data-driven hiring strategies.
Proficiency in additional languages beyond English is an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting recruitment metrics and dashboards.

The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for analysing new prospects needs and requirements and proposing appropriate solutions to meet their business objectives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Design and Customer Success to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and prioritized.
  • Design, build, and maintain demo environments (sandboxes) that showcase use-case-specific features and new releases.
  • Continuously create and improve tools, processes, and best practices to optimize the pre-sales experience for prospects.
  • Support post-sales handovers by aligning closely with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful deployment of solutions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, with hands-on experience working in agile, fast-paced product environments.
  • Solid technical foundation with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly; capable of conducting technical deep-dives and training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in integration concepts — familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), and the ability to support both standard and custom integration scenarios.
  • Experienced in managing and resolving prospect or customer issues; able to navigate challenging conversations, de-escalate concerns, and align solutions with business needs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value and technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences across enterprise accounts.
  • Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Basic design sensibility — experience working with or understanding design tools such as Figma is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience with virtual event platforms, webinar software, or martech ecosystems.



Mandatory Criteria  :


Candidate should be okay with Night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM (IST)

1. Candidate should have a consultative approach not just pre sales call approach.
2. Must be from B2B SAAS, MarTech or SalesTech but product based company only
3. Should be able to prepare pitch decks for the clients
4. 3 to 5 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role
5. Solid technical foundation with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value and technical information effectively
7. Experience between 3 to 6 years will only be considered. More than 6 years candidates are not applicable
