Role Summary:-


• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) / MBA Finance
• Experience: Minimum 18 years in core finance, accounts, and controllership roles, preferably in FMCG / FMCD/ Manufacturing / Plant based setups.
• Strong exposure to P&L ownership, plant finance, sales accounting, and regional controllership
.• Proficiency in SAP (Hana Preferable), financial analysis, and statutory requirements.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:-



• Overall responsibility for P&L management of North-East and East regions.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for regional operations.
• Managing sales accounting and plant accounting for 4 plant-based locations in the region.
• Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and MIS for leadership review.
• Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with internal controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth and cost optimization.
• Lead and mentor the regional finance team to deliver high performance.
• Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and adherence to company policies.

Mandatory Criteria :



● Must be from FMCG, beverage, food processing industry ONLY.

● Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) intermediate or semi qualified , Cost Accountant (ICWA) intermediate or semi qualified , or hold an MBA in Finance.

● Candidate must currently be working at a Higher-level or Leadership position.

● Need a candidate who presently available/working at Assam/ West Bengal or Siliguri region only. (basically from North-East region)

● Need candidate with 10+ years in core finance, accounts & controllership.

● The candidate must have Proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP HANA) and MIS/financial reporting tools.

● Need candidate having experience in P&L ownership, plant finance, sales accounting, and regional controllership. ( Must have experience in plant accounting. )

● Candidate must be open to travel across regional plants and operational locations as required by the role.

● The candidate should be able to run the entire plant independently.

About the Role


We’re looking for high-energy professionals to join our International Sales team (Vendor Partnerships). In this role, you’ll own the full cycle of identifying, pitching, and onboarding global vendors. You will contribute directly to revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term partnerships — while operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential vendors via platforms like LinkedIn, trade directories, and marketplaces.
  • Pitch our value proposition with clarity and confidence to decision-makers
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to onboarding
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess vendor readiness and commercial viability
  • Collaborate with pricing, logistics, and product teams for seamless integration
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly acquisition targets
  • Drive consistent outbound efforts (calls, emails, follow-ups) to maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Maintain vendor documentation and ensure compliance
  • Track performance metrics via Excel/Google Sheets/CRM and contribute to strategic vendor sourcing


What We’re Looking For?

  • 2–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Vendor Management, or Inside Sales
  • Strong English communication and persuasive ability
  • Numerically sharp — comfortable with margins, ROI, pricing logic

  • Comfortable working in a night shift (US time zone)
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals independently


Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
