Project Manager – Cybersecurity (PM + BA)

Role Overview


You will work with leading-edge technologies, solving complex IT and business challenges.

You will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and senior management, while leading the successful implementation of cybersecurity technology solutions aligned to business requirements.

This role combines Project Management and Business Analysis responsibilities, specifically for cybersecurity projects (product neutral environment).


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Project Management and Business Analysis for all cybersecurity projects.
  • Own project initiation, AS-IS / TO-BE documentation, and complete requirement analysis.
  • Coordinate with technology teams for design, development, infrastructure deployment, testing, and production go-live.
  • Mandatory client engagement and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as liaison between clients and developers, ensuring business and technical requirements are identified, validated, and traceable.
  • Ensure adherence to OEM recommended best practices.
  • Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with clients and technical teams.
  • Capture and report project metrics, risks, issues, and actions to stakeholders.
  • Optimize milestone management (Fixed Bid), resource utilization (T&M), and support project efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal finance to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Build strong working relationships with project teams, business leads, and clients.
  • Participate actively in all SDLC phases — planning, execution, communication, and post-project activities.
  • Conduct periodic SWOT analysis, proactive risk identification, and mitigation planning.
  • Prepare project documentation and presentations using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.

3. Hands-on experience in: Project initiation, AS-IS / TO-BE documentation, Requirement gathering & gap analysis.

4. Must have actively played both Project Manager and Business Analyst roles in cybersecurity/enterprise tech projects.

5. Prior experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Access Governance, Privileged Access, or Security implementations.

6. Experience managing projects across full SDLC lifecycle (Design → Development → Testing → Deployment → Go-live → Support transition).

Role Objective

Role Purpose:-


To lead and execute the entire interiors function for large-scale residential projects, ensuring design excellence, timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and business profitability.


Key Responsibilities:-


  • Business Leadership & Strategy
  • Own the Interiors P&L; drive revenue, manage costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Develop annual business plans and budgets aligned with company goals.
  • Translate strategy into quarterly action plans across sales, design, and execution.
  • Residential Project Execution
  • End-to-end execution of complete residential interiors, including walls, ceilings, POP, flooring, windows, woodwork, finishes, and modular solutions.
  • Proven ability to execute 150+ large villas in a single residential venture, handling multiple phases simultaneously.
  • Deliver high-quality execution for HNI clients, ensuring luxury detailing, timelines, and cost control.
  • Manage concurrent projects (5–7 at a time, 10+ homes monthly) ensuring timely completion.
  • Sales & Customer Conversion
  • Achieve 80%+ conversion 
  • Engage with high-value customers and upsell packages (Furniture, Artifacts, Add-ons).
  • Collaborate with Marketing and CRM to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Service Development & Modularization
  • Standardize design + build offerings into curated, budget-based packages.
  • Launch and scale “Interiors as a Service” model across projects.
  • Oversee design catalogs, finish boards, and specification kits.
  • Team & Vendor Management
  • Lead and mentor a senior management-level team of 8–10+ professionals (designers, engineers, site coordinators).
  • Define KRAs, monitor performance, and build a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Build and manage a vetted vendor ecosystem with tiered product/material options.


Process & Quality Control


  • Implement SOPs, checklists, and quality processes from design to delivery.
  • Minimize revision cycles and ensure strict adherence to design intent.
  • Use tech tools (SketchUp, SAP, ClickUp, CRM, WhatsApp Business) for tracking and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with architecture, product design, delivery, and procurement teams.
  • Ensure interiors align with master planning, architecture, and sustainability principles.


Success Metrics (First 12 Months):-


Completion of targeted residential interiors (including 150+ villas venture) with agreed profitability.
₹30 Cr+ revenue delivered.
80%+ customer conversion into interiors packages.
Team delivering with speed, ownership, and design integrity.

Mandatory Criteria  :

  • Candidate must have experience dealing with HNI clients and delivering luxury/premium residential projects.

Position Overview


We are looking for an experienced Implementation Lead to drive the onboarding and implementation of our platform for new and existing fintech clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of financial systems, implementation methodologies, and client management. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless deployments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise fintech clients
  • Translate client requirements into detailed implementation plans and configure solutions accordingly.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and integration
  • Oversee ETL processes – extract, transform, and load financial data across systems

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience delivering projects in Fintech, SaaS, or ERP environments
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
  • Hands-on SQL experience, including the ability to write and debug complex queries (joins, CTEs, subqueries)
  • Experience working with ETL pipelines or data migration processes
