Job Responsibilities:


Receiving


• Supervise all receiving activities in the Fulfillment center.

• Supervise timely Unloading of stocks received from Vendors as per Purchase order

terms.

• Supervise correct quantity verification as well as visual inspection & other

parameter checks as per Operational SOP.

• Record stock details as per SOP in Goods receiving ERP system correctly & in a

timely fashion.

• Perform Invoice matching of vendors as per PO for system intimation to Finance

• Transact stocks received details in WMS capturing details of expiry, damages,

shortages etc

• Goods returns in ERP/WMS system

Order Processing:


• Generate pick list for orders received in WMS.

• Supervise timely, accurate, efficient picking of stocks from locations as per pick list.

• Supervise quantity & item accuracy of picked stocks as per Operational SOP.

• Record pick confirmations in WMS

• Record/Highlight exceptions such as short picks, damage products at locations etc

Dispatch/Last Mile:


• Generate Invoices for packed orders in WMS.

• Ensure packed orders are kept in suitable dispatch zones for onward dispatch.

• Ensure timely, accurate, efficient loading of Orders in delivery/transport vehicles as

per SOP.

• Ensure correct documentation is given to transporters for enabling safe movement

of goods.

• Coordinate with Receiving In charge/executive for returns to vendors


Mandatory: 

  • Industry - QSR / Ecommerce / Logistic / Load shed (Mostly QSR & ECommerce Preferred) (B2C Only) (B2B won't work)
  • Language - Kannada Speaking (Local)
  • Documents - Original Required and Mandatory (Education and all)
  • E-Commerce - Last Mile experience (B2C) Mandatory for all roles.

Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to oversee and grow our sales operations in South Region. The RSM will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, achieving revenue targets, and expanding our market presence in South Region.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute regional sales plans in alignment with national objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers/Executives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition across the region.
  • Monitor regional sales performance and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealers, Direct Dealers, and distributors.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to support regional needs.
  • Organize product training, promotional campaigns, and dealer/customer meets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
  • Ensure Data Analysis to improve the Field Force Productivity & Sales Performance of Sales Team and Distributors by reviewing the data from Various Sources like Field Assist & Eazy DMS.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–12 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry experience in [insert relevant industry: e.g., FMCG, Pharma, Industrial Equipment, Technology, etc.].
  • Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics and customer behavior in South Region.
  • Experience in handling distribution networks, general trade (as applicable).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
  • Data Analysis Skills using various tools like Pivot Table, Ms Office & Modern AI tools

Candidate Requirements:


  • Education: Any graduate (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 7 to 12 years of sales experience in Dinnerware, Glassware Dinner Sets, Glass Tumblers, etc., as the role involves selling products. Profiles can be also considered from FMCD companies, small kitchen appliances, dinnerware, tableware, Opalware, Ceramic etc.
  • Location: Bangalore (Need to Handle South Region – Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh)


Who is an ideal candidate ?


He should bring 7–12 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3–5 years in a regional or zonal managerial capacity, preferably within the FMCG, consumer durables, or tableware/glassware industry. The person must possess strong market knowledge of the Southern states—Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh—along with a proven record of driving revenue growth through dealer, distributor, and retail networks.

What You’ll Do:


• Lead B2B and institutional sales in your assigned technical textile vertical.
• Identify and onboard new customers, distributors, and OEMs in both domestic and export markets.
• Offer techno-commercial solutions tailored to customer applications and performance requirements.
• Work closely with R&D, Production, and Quality teams for trials, samples, and custom developments.
• Manage pricing, proposals, and negotiations, backed by a strong understanding of product costing, margins, and profitability.
• Track and report market trends, competitor movements, and emerging business opportunities.
• Deliver on sales and margin targets, while building long-term customer relationships.


Who You Are:


• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Textiles, Polymers, Mechanical) or MBA (Marketing).
• Experience: 5–20 years in Technical Textiles or allied industrial textile sectors – Agri, Geo, Packaging, or Automotive.
• Strong techno-commercial mindset, with the ability to connect product performance and costing to customer needs.
• Proven background in B2B / OEM / institutional sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• For export roles, international business development experience is essential.


Mandatory Criteria :


  • It's a sales profile so need a strong sales person from textile sector who can do the B2B / OEM / Institutional sales
  • Experience: 5 to 20 years in Technical Textiles or allied industrial textile sectors (Agri, Geo, Packaging, Automotive)
  • Proven experience in B2B / OEM / Institutional Sales within industrial or technical textiles
  • Strong techno-commercial acumen – ability to link product performance, costing, and customer application
  • Hands-on experience in pricing, proposals, negotiations, and margin management
  • Exposure to product development coordination with R&D, Production, and Quality teams
