We work with OEMs, fleet operators, real estate developers, and enterprise customers to deploy scalable, compliant, and commercially viable EV charging infrastructure. Company’s integrated platform combines hardware, software, and data intelligence to enable smart, future-ready electric mobility solutions across global markets.
Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the UAE, managing existing enterprise accounts, closing new customers, and representing the company at key industry events. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, comfort with enterprise sales cycles, and the ability to work closely with the global leadership and product teams. You will be the on-ground face of the company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
● Own and grow the UAE sales pipeline across CPOs, fleet operators, bus operators, utilities, OEMs, and enterprises
● Drive new customer acquisition through outbound outreach, events, referrals, and partner channels
● Lead end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, solution positioning, proposals, negotiations, and closures
● Work closely with Company's leadership team on pricing, deal structuring, and strategic accounts
Account Management
● Manage and grow existing client relationships in the UAE
● Ensure accounts remain active, engaged, and positioned for upsell (EMS, depot management, analytics, O&M, etc.)
● Act as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinate internally for delivery and support
Partnerships & Ecosystem
● Build relationships with system integrators, charger OEMs, EPCs, and ecosystem partners
● Support partner-led opportunities and joint GTM initiatives
● Help identify and onboard potential channel partners in the region
Events & Market Presence
● Represent Company at industry events, conferences, and government forums across the UAE and GCC
● Actively network with decision-makers and stakeholders in the EV ecosystem
● Follow up on event leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
Market Intelligence & Reporting
● Provide regular updates on pipeline, deal progress, and market feedback
● Share insights on competitive landscape, pricing expectations, and customer requirements
● Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine regional messaging
Required Qualifications
● 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, energy, EV, infrastructure, mobility, or technology
● Strong understanding of solution selling and long sales cycles
● Experience selling to enterprises, government-linked entities, or large operators is a strong plus
● Proven ability to build and manage senior stakeholder relationships
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Comfortable working independently while collaborating with global teams
● Willingness to attend events and travel within the region as needed
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
● Experience in EV charging, energy management, utilities, or smart infrastructure
● Familiarity with UAE / GCC enterprise and government procurement processes
● Prior experience working with system integrators or OEM-led sales motions
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
● Strong pipeline built across UAE CPOs and enterprise accounts
● Closure of multiple new logo deals
● Expansion and upsell within existing accounts
● Established presence for the Company at major UAE EV and energy events
● Trusted on-ground representative for leadership and clients
Mandatory Criteria :
- Need native Dubai candidate only.
- 4 to 8 years of B2B / enterprise sales experience in technology-led solutions.
- Need candidate from SaaS industry only.
- Proven ability to own and close end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including long and complex deal negotiations
- Demonstrated experience in new customer acquisition, pipeline ownership, and revenue growth
- Strong capability in managing and expanding enterprise accounts through upsell and cross-sell
- Comfortable working independently as the on-ground representative while collaborating with global teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within the UAE/GCC region
