Job Description


About the Role


Our Client is India’s leading personal hygiene and wellness brand, redefining hygiene for the modern consumer. We are looking for a Vice President – Growth to spearhead online growth across Quick Commerce, E-commerce Marketplaces, and D2C channels. This leader will own growth strategy, performance, and execution, managing a high-performing team of Category Managers and Channel Leads to drive revenue, efficiency, and brand presence across digital platforms.



Key Responsibilities


Growth Strategy & Execution

1. Build and lead the overall online growth charter across Quick Commerce (e.g. Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), E-commerce (e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and others), and D2C.
2. Define and deliver aggressive growth targets — revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
3. Develop an integrated growth roadmap balancing short-term performance with long-term brand equity.


Operations & Performance

1. Oversee digital P&L across online channels, ensuring strong ROI on marketing spends and efficient contribution margins.
2. Drive data-led decision making with deep insights into CAC, LTV, channel ROI, repeat, and funnel optimisation.
3. Partner with tech, product, and analytics teams to enhance customer experience and conversion on D2C platforms.
4. Oversee end-to-end digital operations — product listings, supply availability, pricing integrity, SLA adherence, and order fulfilment performance across platforms.
5. Collaborate with supply-chain and warehousing teams to ensure demand planning, inventory health, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.
6. Build standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cross-channel alignment and faster execution.


Data & Analytics

1. Champion a data-first growth culture, enabling smarter decisions through insights and automation.
2. Institutionalise business intelligence tools and dashboards for real-time visibility and performance management via tools such as GobbleCube, Hector, Amazon Pi, Blinkit Insights, Zepto Atom, etc.


Leadership & Collaboration

1. Lead and mentor a multi-functional team of category managers, growth marketers, and channel leads.
2. Work cross-functionally with supply chain, creative, and finance teams to ensure seamless growth execution.
3. Represent Company’s digital business in strategic forums and drive partnerships with key online platforms.


Innovation & Expansion

1. Identify and unlock new growth levers — emerging commerce models, new marketplaces, influencer-led commerce, and category extensions.
2. Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive dynamics to continuously refine growth playbooks.


Who You Are

1. 10–15 years of experience in E-commerce / Consumer Tech / FMCG / D2C environments.
2. Proven track record of driving growth across online channels with P&L ownership.
3. Strategic thinker with strong analytical grounding and a bias for action.
4. Leader who can inspire teams and drive operational excellence at scale.
5. Deep understanding of digital marketing, operations, SEO, and online merchandising.

Mandatory Criteria


  • 10–15 years in: E-commerce / D2C / FMCG / Consumer Tech
  • Prior P&L ownership (must be provable)
  • Experience scaling ₹100+ Cr online business is a big plus
  • Candidate must have worked deeply in:
  • Quick Commerce (e.g. Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart)
  • Marketplaces (e.g. Amazon + Flipkart at minimum)
  • D2C performance & CRO
  • Strong analytical mindset (e.g. CAC, LTV, ROI, margins)
  • Pricing & discounting strategy
  • Should have led multi-channel teams
  • Can build SOPs
  • Can scale systems, not just people
  • Delhi/Gurgaon based candidates will be preferred for this role
  • Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 30 days will only be considered for this role
