Key Task & Accountabilities
- Chemical Ion Exchange (chemical strengthening) of Glass wares for increasing strength.
- Batch mixing, melting, casting, sample preparation for analysis.
- Various analysis in house and outsourcing.
- Assisting in glass melting.
- Takeover of Individual projects related to glass.
Important Competencies
- Technical knowledge in Glass manufacturing process and material science
- Analytical skills

This role is a key role in the regular process of R&D Stamp work. Chemical Ion Exchange of Glass. Batch mixing, Glass melting, casting, sample preparation for analysis, various analysis in house and outsourcing has to be done by this person. B.Tech/M.Tech in Ceramic, Material Science, or Chemistry with 2–4 years of experience in the glass industry. Hands-on experience in chemical ion exchange / chemical tempering, glass melting, batch mixing, and high-temperature furnace operations. Skilled in glass analysis and capable of handling individual projects independently. Disciplined, safety-conscious, and focused on process optimization and accuracy.
