Job Purpose
This position will own the end-to-end management of supply chain metrics, logistics networks, and multi-channel cost distribution to optimize warehouse and freight operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance MIS & SLA Monitoring :Prepare comprehensive supply chain MIS covering multiple operational areas.
- Track critical fulfilment metrics including Fill Rates and Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Generate and circulate periodic operational reports and SLA scorecards to warehouses.
- Freight & Network Analytics :Perform deep-dive Freight Analysis broken down by sales channel and distributor.
- Evaluate freight dynamics including FTL/PTL %, vehicle optimization, and route-wise costs.
- Warehouse & Cost Apportionment: Compile monthly Cost Analysis Reports for Warehouse operations By Channel & By Category cost apportion.
- Calculate operational metrics including Cost per Sq. Ft., Cost per Box, and Cost per CFT.
- Technical Skills :Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Data Processing: Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas) are mandatory.
- Visualization Tools: Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau to build multidimensional dashboards.

Ideal candidate for this position is a data-driven supply chain professional with 3–5 years of experience in MIS reporting, logistics analytics, and warehouse operations within FMCG or consumer products industries. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Advanced MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas, along with hands-on experience in Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation and performance tracking. They should be capable of analysing freight costs, monitoring SLA and fulfilment metrics, and preparing detailed operational MIS reports to support supply chain optimization and decision-making.
