To be reported upon by-Rural MFI & Retail
Key Purpose of this position
Company EBOs-Store Opening, Managing Store Operations, Lead Generation, Achieving Targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Open COCO/FOFO stores as per timelines.
- Complete the entire pre-opening process from sign off to opening
- Providing on the job training to the COCO/FOFO Stores
- Achieve Primary / Retail sales targets for the stores in the designated area
- Plan & Implement Retail Activations to improve sales in the stores as per budget.
- Ensure Stores are maintained as per company standards
- Ensure Implementation of company corporate initiatives at store level with the long-term business objective of improving retail
- Appointment of franchisees as per the budgeted plan.
- Implementing and monitoring motivational programs for the franchisee staff.
- Interested candidates should be willing to travel- Travelling of at least 15-20 days a month.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- MBA, Graduate
- Experience in Retail in Similar industry or any other industry.
- Retail Background.
- High competency level in MS Office applications

Ideal candidate for this position is a dynamic and result-oriented professional with 6–8 years of experience in retail sales and business development, preferably from retail or similar industries. The candidate should have strong expertise in store operations, franchise management, retail activations, and achieving sales targets. He/she should possess excellent communication, team management, and relationship-building skills, along with good knowledge of MS Office applications. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, willing to travel extensively, and capable of independently handling COCO/FOFO store expansion and operations while driving business growth.
