Education: B.E/ B.Tech Mechanical + MBA (Marketing)
Industry: CAD-Commercial Air Conditioning / HVAC



Skills Required:· technical knowledge on the Ducted, VRF and Chillers product range, Channel Management Skills




PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • To handle the CAD range of products through channel partners network and achieve Sales goals.
  •  Identify and nurture Channel Partners, Customers, IDEACs and Key accounts for Business Development

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


Key Deliverable for this position


  • Achieve sales targets in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and ensure effective debtor management
  • Manage existing channels and onboard new channel partners or accounts, providing support to ensure consistent business generation
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Architects, Consultants, and PMCs to drive business growth
  • Regularly monitor stock levels at company warehouses to ensure optimal inventory availability
  • Track competitor activities, share insights with the reporting manager, and contribute to developing suitable action plans
  • Conduct product and sales training sessions for channel partners to enhance capability and performance
  • Focus on increasing business share from Channels, Customers, and Influencers through sustained engagement
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting for effective planning and execution

  • Achieving products sales quarterly and new product billing value
  • Debitors management

WORKING CONDITIONS (PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMAND)

Extensive field work and travel. Extended hours of work on need basis. Handling deadlines (Product delivery)
