Position Title: Lead - HSE
Location :- Dariba Rajasthan
Location: Plant Site (Mining/Manufacturing)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Role Purpose
To lead, implement, and continuously improve the HSE management system, ensuring
compliance with statutory and internal standards while driving a Zero Harm culture across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of HSE management systems ensuring statutory and internal compliance.
- Conduct and update HIRA, OH risk assessments, and exposure monitoring (OEL).
- Lead training, competency development, and awareness programs.
- Track KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive incident investigation, RCA, and CAPA closure with trend analysis.
- Ensure effective environment management (waste, water, emissions, ESG targets).
- Implement and audit safety standard system for all high-risk activities.
- Strengthen emergency preparedness through plans, drills, and response readiness.
- Ensure fire safety, process safety, and chemical safety compliance.
- Monitor and enforce electrical, mechanical, and machine safety standards
- Manage critical risk activities (CSE, W@H, LOTO, lifting, molten metal handling).
- Oversee contractor and supplier HSE compliance and performance.
- Ensure legal compliance, statutory registers, licenses, and audit readiness.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies (Factory Inspectorate, Pollution Control Board, etc.) for approvals, reporting, and compliance.
- Drive safety culture through leadership engagement, VFL, and management reviews.
