KRAs and KPIs
KRA
- Establish and standardize project planning systems, templates, and KPIs across projects.
- Ensure schedule adherence and timely completion of EPC projects.
- Drive cost control and risk mitigation through EVM and forecasting.
- Strengthen coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance teams.
- Lead and develop the planning team across multiple project locations.
- Provide accurate and timely progress reports and analytics to management.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation in project controls.
KPI
- Adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Deviation from approved cost and schedule baselines.
- Number of planning process improvements implemented.
- Accuracy of project forecasts and EVM metrics.
- Stakeholder satisfaction score (internal & client teams).
- Team performance and retention rate.
- Timeliness and quality of management reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company-wide project planning systems, templates, and KPIs.
- Oversee scheduling, monitoring, and forecasting using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Drive Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk control for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance teams for integrated execution.
- Mentor and lead a team of planning engineers across multiple project sites.
- Present consolidated progress reports and strategic insights to senior management.
Who is an ideal candidate ?
An ideal candidate is a senior EPC professional with 18–25 years of experience in project planning and controls, proficient in Primavera P6 and EVM, and experienced in managing multi-billion-rupee projects across Infra, Power, Water, or Oil & Gas sectors. They should possess strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills to drive planning excellence across multiple project sites.
