KRA


  • HR strategy implementation aligned with organizational and plant goals.
  • Recruitment and manpower optimization effectiveness.
  • Compliance with labor laws, statutory norms, and HRMS accuracy.
  • Effective management of industrial relations and union negotiations.
  • Implementation of employee engagement and grievance redressal systems.
  • Execution and monitoring of CSR initiatives as per Companies Act.
  • Administration and service delivery efficiency at the plant.
  • Plant security, safety, and emergency readiness.


KPI


  • Successful execution of HR and IR strategies.
  • Statutory compliance status and audit adherence.
  • Completion and impact reporting of CSR initiatives.
  • Operational efficiency in welfare and administrative services.
  • Functionality and maintenance of HRMS, payroll, and employee records.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute HR strategy in alignment with organizational goals and plant operations.
  • Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, succession planning, and manpower optimization.
  • Drive employee development, training programs, and performance management.
  • Manage industrial relations, employee unions, and negotiations while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Oversee statutory compliance (Factories Act, labor laws, PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Oversee welfare activities including housing, transport, medical, canteen, and recreational facilities.
  • Implement and maintain HRMS, payroll systems, and employee records.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and communication forums.
  • Ensure efficient plant administration and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Design and implement CSR initiatives aligned with organizational policies and community needs.
  • Build relationships with local communities, government authorities, and NGOs.
  • Monitor and report the impact of CSR initiatives in line with the Companies Act and internal governance standards.
  • Ensure physical and personnel security of the plant through preventive and responsive systems.
  • Oversee the deployment, training, and performance of internal and outsourced security personnel.
  • Establish emergency response protocols and liaise with local law enforcement.
  • Monitor surveillance systems, access controls, and ensure risk mitigation practices are enforced.
  • Must have handled IR issues.



Who is an ideal candidate ?


An accomplished HR leader with 18–20 years of progressive experience in plant/manufacturing HR, fluent in Telugu, and adept at managing IR, compliance, and CSR. She should possess a strong track record in strategic HR leadership, employee relations, and plant administration within a unionized environment.
