Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent using various platforms, including LinkedIn and local German job portals. The role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the German job market, and a passion for building high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions across various levels
  • Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and local job portals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and updates to management.
  • Stay updated with trends and best practices in the German IT recruitment market.


Mandatory Requirements


  • Must be a native German or hold a B2 level German language certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Hands-on experience using local German job portals and platforms.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and German.
  • Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
