Role Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compliance. The role is responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, ensuring effective people management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and discussions with managers.
- Design, implement, and monitor learning programs to enhance employee capability and performance.
- Partner with external training providers and ensure effective delivery of training interventions.
- Track training effectiveness and ensure alignment with business goals.
Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date HR documentation and compliance records.
- Support audits and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair resolution in line with policies.
HR Business Partnering
- Provide strategic HR support and guidance to managers and teams.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy, policies, and organizational development.
- Provide insights through HR metrics and dashboards for decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment, L&D, and compliance.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use HR data for decision making.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
