Role Overview
● Involves research, strategic outreach, and long-term alliance building.
● Structured and insight-driven — not a traditional BD role.
● Complete ownership from lead research to onboarding and retention.
Key Responsibilities
● Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
● Lead partnership conversations with brand/agency stakeholders.
● Manage full lifecycle: pitching, negotiation, onboarding, activation.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
● Build and retain strategic relationships through consistent engagement.
● Analyze performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
● Exposure to high-ticket deals (₹5L+/month preferred).
● Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Mandatory Criteria :
● Need candidates from Digital Marketing / Advertising / AdTech / Online Media / Fintech / Investment / Digital Banking / Real Estate / BFSI / Crypto / Gaming Industry Only.
● Candidate must have experience in selling Digital products and services with B2B brands Only. (Any B2C experience will not be considered).
● Candidate should have experience in Client Acquistion of New Brands and working on Brand partnerships
● Candidate should have experience working for Global brands.
● Candidate should be good in handling End to End Sales (Market research and lead research) not only lead generation.
● Candidate must be good in Negotiation and Client Onboarding.
● Candidate must be Confident and have good Communication skills.

● Candidate should know the USP of the product / service they were selling and how they are portraying them.
● Candidate should be good in Situational problem solving and dealing.
● Candidate should have ability to adapt the start-up culture.
