Oracle R12 ERP Development Lead (15+ Years)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Oracle R12 ERP Development Lead with 15+ years of in-depth expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), to architect, lead, and drive the end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise-wide ERP initiatives. This is a strategic leadership position for a hands-on technical leader who can blend architecture, development, team mentorship, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure ERP solutions are scalable, secure, and business-aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Project Leadership: Own and lead the technical delivery of Oracle EBS R12 programs, enhancements, and integrations across Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement modules.
Solution Architecture: Design and review robust and scalable RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows), ensuring technical excellence and maintainability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business users, functional leads, and solution architects to translate complex business needs into optimized technical solutions.
Development Standards: Establish and enforce best practices in development, testing, documentation, and code quality across distributed development teams.
Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a global team of Oracle developers (onshore/offshore), providing technical guidance, performance management, and career growth.
Performance Engineering: Ensure system optimization, performance tuning, and effective integration using SOA, Web Services, and REST APIs.
Release & Change Management: Oversee patch management, version upgrades, regression testing, and environment deployments in coordination with DBAs and infrastructure teams.
Innovation & Future Readiness: Stay abreast of Oracle Cloud trends, and play a pivotal role in planning hybrid or full-cloud ERP transition strategies.
Core Technical Skills:
- Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (Financials, SCM, Procurement)
- PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, Oracle Workflow Builder
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF), XML Publisher, SOA Suite
- API & Middleware Integrations (SOAP/REST/Web Services)
- Code optimization and performance tuning in Oracle environments
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
Certifications:
Oracle EBS R12 Developer / Technical Consultant Certification
Oracle Cloud ERP or Integration Specialist Certification (preferred)
