Key Purpose of  Quality Assurance Manager

· Ensuring adequate customer support to ensure their satisfaction level by prompt response and appropriate corrective action against customer complaints.

· Ensuring right and consistent quality products supply from suppliers

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

· To measure & ensure customer satisfaction and supplier development for consistent good quality supplies.

· Complaint Management - Articulate & communicate each rational Customer Complaint, Corrective & Preventive action (CAPA) against customer complaints, Consolidated analysis of Customer Complaints

· In-Process Inspection - Ensuring execution of In-process Inspection to minimize loss in final selection

· Pre-Dispatch Audit for Export & Special Orders - Ensuring right quality for export by effective Pre-Dispatch Audit (PDA)

· Final Product Inspection/ Clearance - Ensuring right quality products delivery to customers by proper execution of Final Product Inspection as per CCP

· Supplier Development - Consolidated analysis of suppliers' quality to improve incoming defects, Improvement in suppliers' quality level by guiding product development, Quality Audit at supplier end to ensure right quality supplies.

· MIS Report - Master List of Customer Complaints & its analysis report, Corrective and Preventive Action Report (CAPA) of each rational complaints, Supplier evaluation report, Quality report of each consignment from suppliers

· Economics of Energy Management. Sustainability Concept Implementation. Sustainability Concept awareness, Federal, state, and local energy legislation and policies, Energy measurement and verification techniques and protocols

· To implement & maintain the practical aspects of protecting the environment.

· To take care of individuals' health and wellbeing.

· To ensure and improve the safety of humans and equipment’s

Experience 

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Adequate Knowledge of glass processing.
• Good Command on Quality Management System.
• Supplier Development, Statistical Quality Control,
• Process Parameters & its Control, Customer Support, attending Customer Complaints, Implementing CAPA.
• Experience in TPM,TQM, GMP, 6 Sigma required.

Ideal candidate for the position is highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years in Quality Assurance, specialising in glass processing and supplier development. Proven expertise in handling customer complaints, implementing CAPA, and ensuring consistent product quality through in-process inspections and audits. Skilled in Quality Management Systems, TPM, TQM, GMP, Six Sigma, and sustainability practices. Strong analytical abilities with hands-on experience in MIS reporting and process control, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
