We're looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Sourcing & Category Manager to spearhead our product expansion. This is a pivotal role where you'll have the autonomy to identify, source, and launch new products and categories that resonate with our customers and propel our brand forward.
What You'll Champion:
New Product Innovation:
Be the driving force behind our product discovery. You'll identify untapped market opportunities, source unique products, and develop compelling new items that align with our brand ethos and meet evolving consumer desires.
Vendor & Supplier Excellence:
Forge and nurture strong relationships with a global network of vendors and suppliers. You'll lead vendor selection, negotiation, and performance management to ensure top-notch quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery for all new product introductions.
Market & Trend Expertise:
Become our in-house expert on market dynamics. You'll conduct thorough market research, analyze competitor strategies, and stay ahead of consumer trends to ensure our product offerings are always fresh, relevant, and desirable to our target audience.
Strategic Category Growth:
Develop and execute innovative category strategies to expand our product portfolio. You'll own the growth initiatives for new products, from initial concept to successful market launch and beyond, ensuring we maximize sales and profitability.
Price & Margin Optimization: With a keen understanding of product positioning, you'll ensure all new products are developed within target cost parameters and priced effectively to maximize sales and achieve margin goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Own the Outcome: Take full ownership of the new product pipeline, from ideation through to performance analysis. You'll continuously monitor industry innovations and adapt strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of the D2C space.

A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in strategic sourcing, product development, or category management, preferably within a D2C or e-commerce environment.
A strong track record of successfully identifying, developing, and launching new products that drive sales and market share.
Demonstrated ability in building and managing robust vendor and supplier relationships.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market research and sales data into actionable product strategies.
Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing, margin management, and cost negotiation.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for emerging trends.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, or Supply Chain and brings over 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management, particularly in D2C or e-commerce environments. With an MBA in Marketing, they have successfully launched high-impact products by leveraging market insights and global vendor networks. They excel in pricing strategy, margin optimization, supplier negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration—driving category growth through data-driven, consumer-centric decision-making.
