Role

Support to Dealers / OEAs for resolution of field complaints

Job Role

 Monitoring of field complaints and resolutions

 Provide support and feedbacks in analysis and MIS of complaints

 Training of field service personnel of dealer/OEAs/OEMs

 Periodic audits & checks at Dealers/OEAs/OEMs for spares and tools availability, technician training needs, complaint management

 Periodic interaction with OEAs/OEMs / Product and Process audits

 Ensuring timely resolution of queries / complaints / claims

 Responsibility of Parts and Lubes business from his regions

 Network expansion needs and identification & prospects identification

Engine Technical Knowledge

Knowledge of Service Systems and competitor practices

Communication & Networking

Customer Focus. The designation can be Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager. 
7-10 Lacs for AM and 10-14.5 Lacs for DM
A tipper vehicle costs around 25-60Lac. This is a direct to customer sales. Technical knowledge of the candidate should be high.


Who is an ideal candidate ?

Candidate with minimum 3-6 years experience in supporting dealers for field complaints
