Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design high-impact visual content including web banners, emailers, social media creatives, performance marketing assets, and more.
- Create platform-optimized visuals tailored to the requirements of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Develop campaign-specific mood boards to set a cohesive design direction and inspire consistent storytelling across channels.
- Maintain organized digital libraries including master images, reusable assets, and design folders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals that resonate with Company’s audience.
- Bring creativity to life through animation, doodles, and dynamic design techniques.
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and reflect a premium, aspirational aesthetic.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in consumer products or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Sketch or Figma is a plus.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- Strong foundation in typography, color theory, layout design, and digital formats.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and trends with an ability to translate brand identity into visual form.
- Basic understanding of social media content formats, platform specifications, and engagement best practices.
- A compelling portfolio that includes social media creatives, campaign moodboards, product-related visuals, and animation
- Ability to take feedback constructively and evolve designs accordingly.
- Need Candidates who has dedicatedly worked on social media pages.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with design tools like Sketch or Figma is a plus.
- Preference will be given to local candidates.
- Prior experience in consumer products or lifestyle brands is preferred.
