Role Overview
We are looking for a Cyber Security Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth in the SMB segment through a partner-led sales model. This role owns sales targets, manages channel relationships, and closes cybersecurity solution and managed services deals in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and achieve assigned revenue and booking targets
• Drive pipeline through channel partners, MSPs, and OEM alliances
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure
• Position cybersecurity solutions and managed services for SMB customers
• Work closely with Presales and Architects for solutioning and deal support
• Build and grow long-term partner and customer relationships
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Must-Have Requirements
• 8-15 years of experience in IT / Cyber Security sales
• Proven experience working in a partner / channel ecosystem
• Strong understanding of SMB security needs and buying behaviour
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
MBA in Sales/Marketing or Cyber Security certifications will be an added advantage.
