Roles & responsibilities:
a. Banking compliance - Financial & Non-financial covenants
b. Ensuring funding tie-up with Banks & NBFC
c. Ensuring lower finance cost by optimizing working capital & interest rate
d. Monitoring Corporate Expense Budget and actual expenditures and identification of areas for reduction of cost
e. Co-ordinating with Merchant Banker & lawyers to facilitate the IPO
CA/CMA with 3-5 years of experience (1st Attempt only)
