Key Task & Accountabilities



Sales Performance & Target Achievement 

✔ Meet or exceed sales budgets and targets in the assigned territory.
✔ Drive revenue through field visits, customer seminars, and relationship-building activities.

Client Engagement & Contract Negotiation

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
✔ Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
✔ Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations, aligning with company goals.

Sales Process Management

✔ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
✔ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
✔ Respond to client inquiries regarding credit terms, products, pricing, and availability.

● Reporting & Documentation


✔ Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to leadership.
✔ Maintain up-to-date client records, including details on customer needs and interactions.

● Marketing Coordination

✔ Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
✔ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

● Customer Relationship Management

✔ Visit clients and potential clients to assess needs, build relationships, and promote company offerings.
✔ Provide information and solutions that help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

● Product Knowledge & Promotion

✔ Develop a thorough understanding of products and effectively communicate features and benefits.
✔ Act as an ambassador for company programs, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer expectations.

Academic & Professional Qualifications


● Experience: Minimum 3 plus years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in scientific industry or laboratory products.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science (preferably Chemistry), MBA Marketing, is an added advantage but not mandatory

● Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and strong proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
