Core Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and direct hiring.
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
Manage offer letters, negotiations, and joining formalities.
2. Onboarding & Training:
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and direct hiring.

Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees as per company policy.
Coordinate induction programs and orientation sessions.
Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
Maintain training records and support internal/external training programs.
3. Manpower Planning & MIS:
Coordinate induction programs and orientation sessions.

Prepare and update recruitment, attrition, and headcount reports.
