Description

Responsibilities will include..

NBFC Alliances 
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with the NBFC partners
  • Deliver efficient and responsive resolution to various partner issues 
  • Liaising with cross functional teams within the company to create documents, proposition and align objectives with the prospective NBFC partners

Process Adherence
  • Provide inputs and develop processes, presentations and responding to new proposals in a timely manner
  • Program managing the lender partner from identification of problem statement till implementing scalable solutions
  • Ensure that all regulatory and internal compliances are met and adhered to without fail

Internal Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate and Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Risk, Product, Legal, Finance, Payments, Customer Service for partner onboarding and integration activities till go live
  • Provide crisp and timely updates on the integration to internal stakeholders, taking support whenever required and ensuring the relevant internal and partner teams are connected
  • Ensure smooth running of business, dispute resolution of partners including reconciliation and invoice management

Reporting and Analytics 

Monitor key portfolio, operational and financial metrics for partners and report any discrepancies
Prepare and share reports around business performance, reconciliation, revenue etc

  • Contribute in building supply for the Merchant Lending business
  • Manage large Lending Partners having a book size of INR 1000cr+
  • Identify opportunities to continuously grow the business

  • Interacting with very senior stakeholders (both internal and external )on a regular basis
  • Ensuring process and compliance adherence in a highly regulated industry

Qualification & Experience
  •  Bachelor’s Degree from a tier 1 institute 
  • MBA degree would be preferred
  • 3-5 yrs of experience preferably in financial services industry
  • Partnerships and/or Program/Project Management experience preferred

Skills & know-how
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with and influence cross functional teams
  • Understanding of financial concepts especially around digital lending
  • Solution oriented – getting things done mindset
  • An open, intuitive and curious mind to learn, unlearn and experiment
