Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for our website, social media and paid media platforms.
• Develop innovative design concepts and ideas that align with our brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing collateral, such as ad creatives, edit videos and presentations as required.
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
• Present finalized ideas and concepts to management and team leaders.
• Working as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, web developers to ensure smooth communication and operations.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and software to ensure the best possible design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Success Tips/ General Remarks

Certification in Graphic Design or related field (Preferred, not mandatory)
At least 12 months of experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in web and digital design.
Understanding of web design principles, including UX/UI design, responsive design, and accessibility.
Strong understanding of branding and design best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
