🟦Responsibilities
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytical models to describe business performance and optimize business outcomes.
- Use data analysis to understand business problems and propose solutions.
- Manage a small team of data analysts (team size: 2).
🟦 Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Accuracy and quality of reports, dashboards, and analytical models delivered.
- Effectiveness of data-driven insights in solving business problems.
- Performance and development of the 2-member analyst team.
- Timely delivery of analytical outputs supporting business decision-making.
🟦 Mandatory
- Look for candidates with 7–10 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or data science.
- Prefer candidates with retail/e-commerce domain experience (not mandatory).
- Must have strong hands-on skills in Python, unstructured data handling, and Tableau (or similar visualization tools).
- Should have an educational background in Statistics or Machine Learning.
- Knowledge of SAS is a plus.
- Candidate should be comfortable managing a small team.
- Job location: Powai — ensure candidates are open to this location.
- Role reports to the Head of Department, so look for candidates comfortable working with leadership stakeholders.
