Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of mining projects (greenfield & brownfield) from concept to commissioning.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Drive project feasibility studies, mine planning, and development strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments. consultants. contractors. and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor project progress. risk management. and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Guide and mentor cross-functional project teams to achieve operational and strategic goals.
• Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings and government liaisons related to project approvals and clearances.
• Ensure alignment with company vision and long-term growth plans in mining operations.
• Must hold a B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering and preferably a First-Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal).
• Strong stakeholder management and regulatory experience – i.e., dealing with MoEF, DGMS, SPCBs, and local/state government bodies.

Must have held senior leadership roles (GM/VP/Director) with proven expertise in project execution, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder management.
