Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end tendering and bidding processes for EPC water and wastewater projects
- Analyze tender documents and customer requirements to prepare competitive bids
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, and costing) for proposal inputs
- Develop technical and commercial proposals aligned with client expectations
- Maintain databases of historical bids, pricing benchmarks, and vendor data
- Engage with clients and partners during pre- and post-bid stages for clarifications
Key Competencies Required:
- Strong knowledge of tendering and bidding processes in EPC projects
- Understanding of water treatment technologies and project execution models
- Technical expertise in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Commercial acumen and proficiency in proposal development
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines
