Compensation & Benefits

Category-wise Stipend Structure:

Category: 10th / 12th Pass

• Basic Stipend: ₹11,400
• Attendance Reward : ₹300
• Overtime (Avg) : Based on shift (2–4 hrs/day)
• Total In-hand: ₹13,000 – ₹14,500 (Approx.)

Category: ITI Candidates

• Basic Stipend: ₹12,500 ₹300
• Attendance Reward : ₹300
• Overtime (Avg) : Based on shift (2–4 hrs/day)
• Total In-hand: ₹14,000 – ₹15,500 (Approx.)

Work Details

• Working Hours: 8 Hours per day
• Overtime: Rotational 15-day shifts (Day & Night)
Day Shift OT: 2 Hours
Night Shift OT: 4 Hours
• Working Days: All Days (As per company schedule)
• Canteen Facility: ₹25 per day (50%)
Incentives:
• Double Machine Incentive: ₹12.50 per hour (applicable once trainees are certified on machine)
• Attendance Reward: ₹300/month
• Total Cost to Company (CTC): Up to ₹16,900/month (based on performance and shift rotation)

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 19 to 34 years
• Educational Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma
• ITI Trades Required: Fitter, Machine Operator, Turner, Tool & Die, Welder
• Candidates from other trades who are interested and willing to work in these departments are also eligible to apply.
