• Lead and manage the Noida engineering team, ensuring technical excellence and project execution.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of water and wastewater treatment solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure timely project delivery, cost control, and risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.
• Manage team performance, training, and development.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders for successful project execution.
