Role Overview
We’re hiring a results-driven Sales Account Executive (AE) to execute sales strategies, close deals, and drive revenue growth in India and the US. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding quotas, building pipelines, and delivering measurable outcomes. This role requires hands-on execution, collaboration across teams, and a focus on achieving targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Execute Sales Plans: Develop and implement actionable strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
● Build and Manage Pipeline: Prospect, qualify, and close deals, ensuring consistent pipeline growth
● Close Deals: Lead negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and achieve sales quotas.
● GTM strategies: Execute GTM strategies in India and US working with potential customers.
● Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align strategies and improve execution.
● Build Customer Relationships: Establish trust with decision-makers, drive retention, and identify upsell opportunities.
● Track Performance: Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and optimize strategies for better results.
● Mentor the Team: Coach SDRs and junior AEs to improve performance and achieve targets.
Desired Skills and Experience:
● 7+ years of sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
● 3+ years of experience (recent) in B2B SaaS sales.
● Proven expertise in selling tech tools, integrations, and workflow automation solutions to enterprise customers.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Criteria:
Total Experience: Minimum 7 years, with recent experience in SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
SaaS Technology Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience (recent) in a tech-driven B2B SaaS sales role.
Candidate should have Proven expertise in selling tech tools, integrations, and workflow automation solutions to enterprise customers.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT) preferred, or B.Tech (any stream) + MBA.
Startup Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
Salary Hike Expectation: Maximum 20-30%.
Employment Gap: Candidates unemployed for more than 30 days will not be considered.
Job Stability: No more than two job changes in the last three years.
Notice Period: Should not exceed 30 days.
Work Timings : 11 AM to 8 PM
