Key Account/Ecommerce Manager:
This role will be responsible for our end to end e-commerce marketplace sales strategy. You will play a critical role in driving growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring a superior customer experience. We are seeking individuals with strong business acumen and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive online sales growth and improve eCommerce performance across D2C channels.
Product Assortment & Category Management: Optimize product offerings, manage category growth, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Identify trends and market demands to tailor product assortments effectively.

Sales Performance & Revenue Growth: Analyze sales performance data to drive decisions on pricing, product assortment, and promotions to meet revenue targets and enhance profitability.
Customer Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Key Account Management: Manage relationships with external partners, platforms, and vendors to ensure smooth product listings, fulfillment, and service delivery. Negotiate and secure favorable terms with third-party partners.
Operational Excellence: Oversee eCommerce operations, including order management, inventory planning, fulfillment, logistics, and customer service, ensuring efficient processes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or other analytics platforms to track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize the customer journey and conversion rates.
Marketing & Promotion: Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and product launches, optimizing for maximum reach and conversion.
Competitor & Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities, adjusting strategies as necessary to stay ahead in the marketplace.
Who You Are:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in eCommerce management, specifically with D2C brands, including experience in product category management, digital marketing, and sales operations.
Education: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
