Hiring Sales Manager - Rotary Evaporator II Mumbai

Key Task & Accountabilities


● Sales Performance & Target Achievement


○ Meet or exceed sales budgets and targets for the Rotary Evaporator.

○ Drive revenue through field visits, customer seminars, and relationship-building activities.

● Client Engagement & Contract Negotiation

○ Conduct client meetings and give presentations to introduce products and services.

○ Negotiate contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.

○ Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations, aligning with company goals.

● Sales Process Management

○ Obtain deposits and payment balances from clients in accordance with company policies.

○ Prepare and submit accurate sales contracts and ensure order completion.

○ Respond to client inquiries regarding credit terms, products, pricing, and availability.

● Reporting & Documentation

○ Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to leadership.

○ Maintain up-to-date client records, including details on customer needs and interactions.

● Marketing Coordination

○ Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.

○ Actively participate in promotional activities and client outreach programs.

● Customer Relationship Management

○ Visit clients and potential clients to assess needs, build relationships, and promote company offerings.

○ Provide information and solutions that help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

● Team Leadership

○ Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals and providing guidance.

○ Conduct regular team meetings to review targets, address challenges, and share best practices.

○ Promote a collaborative and positive team culture, ensuring high morale and engagement.

● Product Knowledge & Promotion

○ Develop a thorough understanding of Lab products and effectively communicate features and benefits.

○ Act as an ambassador for company programs, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer expectations.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

● Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills. Strong proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
