Recruitment Strategy : Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of different business units. Leverage market insights to attract top IT talent and address hiring challenges.
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition : Utilize a range of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage qualified IT candidates. Implement innovative approaches to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate experience : Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain effective communication and provide timely feedback. Interviewing and Assessment : Conduct in-depth interviews, technical assessments, and evaluations to determine candidates' suitability for various IT roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
Reporting and Analytics : Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
