Role Overview: 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager for our Investment team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in process development, management, and optimization, with a strong focus on business growth, strategy, and stakeholder management. 


Key Responsibilities:


Develop, manage, and optimize processes across various investment initiatives.

Oversee and drive partnerships with NBFCS, competitors, and other strategic alliances.

Manage P&L for investment-related projects and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Contribute to business growth by formulating and executing effective strategies.

Lead stakeholder management efforts to ensure seamless communication and execution of investment strategies.

Analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize processes.

Desired Skills & Experience:

4-7 years of relevant experience in program management, investment strategy, or a similar role.

Proven track record in developing and optimizing business processes.

Strong experience in partnership management, especially with NBFCS and strategic alliances.

Hands-on experience in managing P&L and driving business growth.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Strong data analysis skills and ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
