Job Title: Assistant Manager – Land Records
Salary: ₹10 - ₹17.00 Lac Experience: 5 - 6 years Location: Mumbai Education: Graduation, Certified in 'Land Record Management'

Skill & Competency
Understanding of land laws. Land acquisition process, R&R & documentation.
Good interpersonal skills to interact with land service providers, local authorities & legal consultants.
Ability to research, analyze and interpret data.
Hands on knowledge of land record systems of Government (Bhulekh UP, Bhumi Rashi, Bhoomi, Mahabhulekh / E-Mojani, Jamabandi, Dharani etc)
Land due diligence
Strong understanding of legal documents required to assess the land in close interaction with legal function.
Knowledge of general land use planning, lands registration, and development applications processing is preferred.
Responsibilities
maintenance of accurate and up-to-date land records and revenue, including deeds, GPA, POA, titles, surveys / survey maps, tax documents and other related documents.
Implement and enforce data quality standards to ensure the integrity and reliability of land records
Stay abreast of relevant land laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance in land record management activities.
Develop and implement procedures to address compliance issues and mitigate legal risks
Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline land record management processes, where necessary
appropriate documents controls and record maintaining system.
read, understand, and interpret legal description and documents related to chain of title, family tree, etc.
Process documentation new and altered land transactions, update records.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to report / address inquiries related to land records.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to public and private entities regarding land-related information.
Collaborate with legal, surveying, and planning team to ensure seamless integration of land records across various locations / functions.
Engage with government agencies (Patwari, Tehsildar etc), title companies, and other stakeholders to enhance collaboration and information collection
To coordinate with legal consultant and ensure that all compliances & legal requirement are fulfilled.
