Description

Platform Operations-

• Responsible for the day-to-day e-commerce operations like product upload, price order status, tracking returns and order fulfilment.

• Taking Appointments and Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of all operations and timely dispatch of orders.

• Measure KPIs for each channel and provide accurate daily reports for sales and Inventory.

• Market and Category Analysis (Competitors analysis, market trends, Price Benchmarking )

• Coordinate with various teams to create product listing on entire product portfolio

New Partners Onboarding-

• New Partner registration

• Coordinate with various teams for Backend testing and onboarding new ecommerce partners

• Manage and create individual and bulk listing of new products on the e-commerce portals.

• Ensure that the catalog contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce operations, including product uploads, order fulfilment, KPI tracking, and market analysis. They should excel in cross-functional coordination, new partner onboarding, and ensuring high-quality product listings for seamless e-commerce management.
